It's been a pleasure seeing Steem Women's Club grow into a family of 5000 women. We will hit the 5k target in a matter of a day. With the increase in members, it becomes hard to manage, support, and help out each member. For this purpose, I am working hard as one of the representatives to make the background tasks of the women club run smoothly. Today, I am presenting this past week's report of my work and different statistics of South Asian members.

1- Zoom Meeting with Steem Infinity Zone Women

---

Recently, @cryptokraze and I collaborated to promote SteemWomenClub among SIZ women. For this purpose, he kindly organized a Zoom meeting for them in which I talked about Steem Women Club as a South Asian Representative.

The meeting was held yesterday on June 19, 2021, at 21:30, GMT+5:00. There were a total of 11 women who joined.

The main points that I discussed during the session while briefing them about the most popular and exclusive community for women, were:

1- The fair support system created by the founder @svm038

2- What type of posts gets attention in the community?

3- Criteria of selection of top posts.

4- How to make quality posts?

5- Active members are always preferred and How to be active?

6- Guaranteed support from the official curating account of Steem Women Club on each quality post.

7- How can they contribute to the community?

8- Delegations and their importance.

The meeting remained successful and women were genuinely interested to join. I assured them to help out in every possible way to begin their journey in this community and that they can reach out to me at any stage. They have already started to join and making introductory posts in the community. As most of them have recently joined Steemit so they don't have much steem power. I have asked them to build up their power first so that in the future they can contribute to their favorite communities by making delegations.

2- Newcomers of the Week

We have over 60 women from the South Asian region now and I am confident that this number will increase soon with ongoing promotions. Every week, I showcase all the newcomers from my region to introduce them to old members and to boost their confidence to stay active.

3- Delegators from South Asia

I have labeled all delegators from South Asia according to the labeling system of the Steem Women Club. Here's a quick overview of the delegators.

As you can see the total amount of sp delegated by South Asians is 2355 out of which 950 was delegated this week only. I always encourage women to do power-ups more often and make delegations too. We will delegate more in the coming days and make Steem Women Club stronger than ever.

4- Active Members

Active members (who are posting more than once a week) are increasing day by day. Some women are regular publishers and make quality posts. We always appreciate and support genuine members like them.
