As your friend, I want to show you a very simple smoothie that you can always add to your diet this week. Let's go there!

THE SMOOTHIE

It does not need to be too fanciful before you can make a smoothie. This time all you need is a fruit and vegetables plus water.

INGREDIENTS

Carrot, Cabbage, Lime Orange and Water.

PREPARATION

Wash your ingredients thoroughly and take any quantity of your choice. Chop them to smaller pieces and add to your blender machine. Blend it thoroughly to smoothen adding water gradually so it forms paste.

Then pour it to a clean plate. Take your already washed Lime orange and squeeze out the juice either manually or with your juice extractor. 1 to 2 pieces is enough depending on the quantity you are preparing. Add the juice to it and mix them properly as you stir them together and it is ready to drink. You may add milk or honey if you wish to have it sweetened. Personally I love it purely as it is. Then refrigerate to get it chilled. Friends, you will love the taste and the result will be amazing.

As you rightly know, vegetables are a source of food to the body. Carrots are good for the eyes as it contains a load of Vitamin A. Cabbage is a power-house of antioxidants that mop up free radicals from the system. It also contains Vitamin C and Vitamin K to prevent loss of blood and promotes the healing of wounds.

Eating healthy meals of vegetables and fruits guarantees longer lasting immune system that is fully strong and ready to fight diseases.

Honestly smoothie is a very healthy drink, you cant underestimate the fact that a healthy body needs smoothie
