How to Prepare Mango Sago Dessert
Hello everyone! Last April 14 I prepared a dessert for the birthday celebration of my youngest daughter. She will be turning 9 years old on that day and I wanted to give her a memorable birthday. It has been a tradition in the family to host gathering even in a simple celebration. This also is a sort of bonding with friends and relatives. With that, we need some food to prepare.
Since my daughter's favorite fruit is mango and it's a mango peak season I have decided to prepare Mango Sago dessert. The preparation is so simple. We just need the following ingredients:
1 . Mango
2 . Sago (small Tapioca)
3 . Milks such as condense, evap, all purpose cream and kremdensada
4 . Gulaman or gelatin
Procedures:
1 . Cook the sago or the tapioca until no more white dots on it. Rinse and chill.
2 . Cook the gelatin powder or gulaman and let it stay for a while to harden. Then using a coconut shaver, shave the gulaman into small pieces.
3 . Cut the mango into thin pieces or shave.
4 . Mix all the ingredients.
5 . Chill in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
So this is now the final product. Best serve when chill.
It is popular in the Philippines and is very easy to prepare.
I hope I have shared something for you to prepare also if ever you will host a simple gathering.
