The Diary Game: A Busy Day At Home // Attending The Most Crowded Traditional Marriage This Year // 3-12-2021
Good evening dear ladies in the house, hopefully you all are doing good. Am happy to be among my fellow women here. Please I will like to share my diaries on 3rd of December, 20201.
Morning
I woke up very early with good health. First, I longed online to read some massages on WhatsApp. Later, I woke my daughter up for us to consider our morning worship. After morning worship, I asked her to brush her teeth and I went to the kitchen to prepare food for the family. Done with the food preparation, I bath her, feed her and get her ready for school.
I dropped her in the school any came back to the house to fetch water. After fetching the water, I took my breakfast.
After eating, I went to my friends saloon shop to make my hair. After making my hair, I went to a nearby POS to withdraw money to pay her. After paying her, I went back to the house to prepare for the wedding.
Afternoon
In the afternoon we went to the school to pick up the kids so that they will attend the wedding with us, the whole family was invited to come to the wedding. I and my elder sister @ijelady with her family attended the occasion including my daughter. When we get to Mbiakpan Atan, which was the venue for the ceremony, most of the chairs where empty. Before you know what is going on, car's began landing everywhere. Until the whole place is filled up with poeple.
Many groups came to entertain the poeple. Here in Uyo, traditional marriage is always at night. So, as soon as the bride came out to greet the audience, food where distributed to everyone. After eating, we took pictures as a family and left.
Evening
We came back around 7:pm. So I went home with my daughter. When I get home, I went to the bathroom to refresh up and also bath my daughter. We then took our dinner, rested for a while before going to bed. That's how my day goes. Thanks for reading through my post dear friends.

Beautiful people
Traditional marriages are done at night in my place in the olden days but things have changed now, they no longer do it in the night. This is because, people are marrying from far place now unlike before. I didn't even know that culture still holds in some villages here in Nigeria.

You and your family look so beautiful. Weddings are always so colourful and beautiful. It shows clearly on your pictures with all the decorations, crowd. It was indeed crowdy
It mostly happens with such crowd when the couple have a large family, large friends base and other connection. You had a great day as thanks for sharing your day with us
