Antep Style Lahmacun

Hello steemit women's club team. Today, we are going to make lahmacun and lahmacun, one of the best dishes that can go in Ramadan. Foods with yogurt go very well with Lahmacun, it really tastes great. If you find the lahmacun too bitter for you, you can make ravioli with yogurt or roll or, the simplest, lebeniye or tattoo soup. Gaziantep Lahmacun differs from other lahmacun in terms of ingredients and presentation. In Gaziantep lahmacun, minced lamb, garlic, parsley, pepper and various spices are used. Unlike other types of lahmacun, it does not contain onions.

●●Gazi Antep Style Lahmacun

•750 g medium fat coarse ground meat

•150 g tail fat (minced)

•1 tablespoonful of tomato and pepper paste

•1 bunch of bunches (large, cleaned, chopped)

•3 heads of garlic (peeled, minced)

•6-7 red fresh peppers (minced)

•2 green peppers (minced)

•2 tomatoes (chopped)

●Gaziantep Style Lahmacun Recipe

•Preparation Mix all the ingredients. Blend it with a blender, then add the seasonings according to your taste. After adjusting the salt, you bake it in the oven. I took it to the bakery and had it made there. Making Lahmacun is actually quite simple. We usually call the butcher when we clean and we want the lahmacun to pour. It is a great dinner with pickled radish with cola or ready buttermilk on the side. Cooked lahmacun is ready to serve. It is recommended to serve with salad and ayran. Enjoy your meal.
