Sweet flavored egg pudding is a very tasty dish. It is made with very little material. This pudding is made with the help of only 3 ingredients. Today I have come to share with you the recipe for making this pudding.
FULL DEMO OF MY RECIPE:
The ingredients for making egg pudding: -
- 10 eggs
- Milk-1 liter
- Sugar - one and a half cup
Preparation of milk for pudding: -
• I took 1 liter of milk in a pan and put it in the oven to heat it. I took a little thicker fuel. Then I took it off the stove and left it to cool.
Preparation of pudding eggs: -
• I took 10 eggs to make 1 liter milk pudding. I broke the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Then I continued to beat it with sugar for a while more. I mixed it very well. So that the white and yellow parts of the egg do not separate.
Making a mixture of milk and eggs
• This time I poured the cooled milk in the egg-sugar mixture and mixed it well. I chilled the milk well, because even if it is a little hot, it will freeze with the egg. I left this mixture for the next step of making pudding.
Making caramel in a tiffin bowl
• I have to make caramel in the bowl in which I will make the pudding. I took a steel tiffin bowl to make the pudding. I spread 2 teaspoons of sugar on the bottom of the tiffin bowl and put it in the oven with some water.
• The sugar melted and the veins were made red and spread all over the bowl. Then I took it out of the oven and put it in the bowl to cool down. The caramel has frozen.
Put in the oven with milk-egg mixture
• This time I poured the milk-egg mixture in a cold caramel bowl. I took a big saucepan to make the pudding. I put a pot stand in the middle of the pot. This time I filled 1/4 part of the pot with water.
• I placed the tiffin bowl filled with the mixture on the stand.
• This time I lifted the saucepan in the oven and covered it with a lid. This time I lit the fire, pressed a heavy thing on the lid of the pot so that the steam could not escape. I fired for 35-45 minutes, then it was ready.
This is how I made the egg pudding. I used 2 tiffin bowl for the pudding with the pudding batter of 10eggs. It is ready to eat. I took the pudding in a plate and left it for getting cool. And then I took it to the normal temperature of the freeze. I like to eat this pudding very much. Hope you all will like it.
