My Dairy Game

Hello beautiful women, hopefully we all are doing well as we arrived safely in another new year.

I want to give a brief dairy about my yesterday which was the last day of 2021.

Waking up in the morning healthy, I had some indoor body workout which is my daily routine.
This body workout helps me to build my tie and also keeps me smart as I delight.
Body workout also makes my happy and helps me to sleep smoothly.

Daily I do some body workout like;

• Squat 150×
• Donkey kick 20×
• Bridge 20×
• Fire hydrants 20×.

After my morning workout, I was sweating enough so I just went into the bathroom and had my bathe, and went back to bed.

When I woke up the second time it was 8:am and I was very hungry, so I jumped into the kitchen and made rice and red tomato stew as breakfast for myself.

Before having the breakfast I made, I did my morning devotion and read some Bible portions that serves as a reminder for the rest of my day.

My toilet hygiene

Cleaning of the toilet is very important to protect our family from toilet infections.

Recently in Nigeria some cases of snakes in the toilet has been reported and recorded.
To be at the safe side, I always clean my toilet on daily basis, I use hot water and some antiseptics, after which I now wash the toilet with my toilet wash name wind toilet wash.
So as usual this morning after my morning text and breakfast, I quickly went in to clean my bathroom.
