How are you all? Hope you are well. I pray that everyone stays healthy and well. Today I will share with you a recipe I cooked. This recipe is my favorite. I often make this recipe at home. So today I have shared this recipe with you in this community. Hope you all like it.
Ingredients:
√ Fish- 500 gm
√ Onions-6
√ Chop the onion- 1 cup
√ Chili powder- 2 tablespoon
√ Coriander leaves crushed - 2 tablespoon
√ Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
√ Turmeric powder- 2 tablespoon
√ Pepper powder - 2 tablespoon
√ Spice powder-1 tablespoon
√ Salt
√ Oil
How to make
First I will rub the fish with turmeric and salt. Then I will put oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, I will give the fish in it.
I will fry the fish well upside down.
Then I put a pan in the oven. I gave it with oil.
When the oil is a little hot, I will add onion and raw chilli powder. I will think about these for a while.
Once the onion is slightly fried, I will add garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, spice powder and salt. I will shake them for a while.
When it is slightly fried, add a little water in it.
When it is a little cooked, I will add the fried fish in it.
After a while, I will give the fried onions in it. Then lightly shake it a little and cover it with a lid.
After a while, open the lid and shake lightly. Then we have to see if everything is fine. If everything is fine, I will take it off the stove.
Then serve.
It looks no less delicious than a restaurant recipe my dear sister @bdwomen
