Hola querida comunidad de @steemit y @steemwomenclub, espero se encuentren bien, en el día de hoy les comparto el proceso de una mascarilla facial y capilar que hice hace unos días para compartirla con ustedes. También les hablo un poco sobre sus propiedades. Espero les guste!!!

Hello dear community of @steemit and @steemwomenclub, I hope you are well, today I share with you the process of a facial and hair mask that I made a few days ago to share with you. I also tell you a little bit about its properties. I hope you like it!!!

La sábila y sus beneficios! / Aloe Vera and its benefits!

• Es reconocido en todo el mundo por sus múltiples beneficios. Es una gran fuente de hidratación natural para la piel y el cabello.

• Es una planta medicinal conocida también como aloe vera. Este gel es rico en vitaminas como A, C, E y B, es un hidratante natural que ayuda a que el cabello crezca sano y fuerte, eliminando las células muertas. Se recomienda utilizarlo al menos una vez a la semana!

• En nuestro rostro aporta un excelente regenerador, que ayuda a combatir el envejecimiento precoz, para poder lucir un rostro lozano. También es muy eficaz para eliminar el acné, las estrías y para tratar quemaduras o el exceso de sequedad.

• It is recognized worldwide for its multiple benefits. It is a great source of natural hydration for skin and hair.

• It is a medicinal plant also known as aloe vera. This gel is rich in vitamins A, C, E and B, it is a natural moisturizer that helps hair grow healthy and strong, eliminating dead cells. It is recommended to use it at least once a week!

• In our face it provides an excellent regenerator, which helps to combat premature aging, to be able to show off a fresh face. It is also very effective to eliminate acne, stretch marks and to treat burns or excess dryness.

Proceso para preparar nuestras mascarillas! / Process to prepare our masks!

Vamos a utilizar! / Let's use it!

• Paso 1: Debemos dejar que la sábila boté el yodo toda la noche, luego se lava muy bien, se le retira los laterales para que no vaya a causar daño, y después retiras el gel.

• Step 1: We must let the aloe leave the iodine all night, then wash it very well, remove the sides so that it will not cause damage, and then remove the gel.

• Después que tengas todo el gel, le agregas agua para quitar cualquier residuo y de esta manera procedemos a licuar.

• After you have all the gel, add water to remove any residue and then proceed to liquefy.

• Ya licuado se pasa a la hielera, para tener nuestros cubitos de sábila listos para nuestro rostro.

• Once liquefied, put it in the cooler to have our aloe vera cubes ready for our face.

• Ya cuando estén congelados, lo vamos a pasar circularmente en nuestra piel, dejar toda la noche y enjuagar en la mañana (Puedes hacer esta rutina todas las noche y veras los resultados en poco tiempo).

• Once they are frozen, we are going to pass it circularly on our skin, leave overnight and rinse in the morning (You can do this routine every night and you will see the results in a short time).

Resultado final, cuando retire los cubitos de sábila en la mañana! / Final result, when you remove the aloe vera cubes in the morning!

Mascarilla capilar / Hair mask

• El gel de sábila ya licuado, lo colocamos en cualquier envase limpio, en este caso le agregué unas gotitas de aceite de ricino y lo aplique con una brocha por todo mi cabello, y luego deje actuar durante 30 minutos con un gorro térmico o plástico.

• The aloe vera gel already liquefied, we put it in any clean container, in this case I added a few drops of castor oil and applied it with a brush all over my hair, and then leave it on for 30 minutes with a thermal or plastic cap.

Antes! / Before!

- Para aplicarlo, separé mi cabello en mechones pequeños y utilicé una brocha para distribuirlo. / To apply it, I separated my hair into small strands and used a brush to distribute it.

Resultado final / Final result

Esta mascarilla capilar es muy buena para los cabellos secos y maltratados, además ayuda contra la caída, se las recomiendo!

This hair mask is very good for dry and damaged hair, it also helps against hair loss, I recommend it !
