My belly this morning made a friend with me. I meant, Alhamdulillah I can control my getting period well. However I woke up rather late this morning.

Like I used to do, I play with my adorable nephew in my bedroom. He always come to my bedroom with his mom, my sibling, to say hello to me with his cutie face and warm smile.

After washed the dishes and clean my bedroom, I get dressed. A part of my soul as introvert called me. I wanna build ma own universe. I am addicted of calmness and quietness. No intervention ! No compromise !

I wore my sportswear, pink t-shirt & pink hijab, shake hands therefore got permit to my lovely sister then, "Ngengggggggg 🏍️". One of my biggest dream want to be a "Valentino Rossi, indeed. Huhu...

I stopped at Lhokseumawe Traditional Market and bought my favourite drink, young coconut water first. As I am a coconut lover, definitely.

I was strolling around to found a quiet place. Uncrowded, no human and no fake and silence. I am dying for a bizarre of calmness.

Alhamdulillah I found my fav spot in the quiet place. No human there. That's what I need.

I took my cellular phone, play one of my favourite song, Donna Donna then started typing to make a poetry with the title °Egret & Thian Sugra

Whilst made a poetry, I enjoy breathtaking scenery around me such as the dancing fish in the calm water, breeze, a fisherman with his canoe on the estuary, the trees, the egrets, birds and so forth.

All the praise only for Yaa Malik, I am in seventh heaven of the atmosphere around me. So I had a bunch of °letters (°read : ideas) to make a poetry in that hot noon in the silent place.

Alhamdulillah about an hours and a half later, I finished make my poetry. I made a poetry in one of my fav community @steem.literacy in this lovely platform, Steemit.

And when I want to continue to make some posts again in Steemit, all of a sudden one of my bestie, a pretty lady calls me by Whatsapp. She told me that she miss me and want to meet up to enjoy lunch together.

My gorgeous lady told me also that she has bought two lunch boxes for me and for her. Well, I couldn't rejected it. I said yes to her and tell her about my location.

We had a long conversation and share plus cared each others while enjoy our lunch. Danke my pretty lady.

About 4 pm, she asked me to come to her place and did zumba together. Well I can't deny it that I am dying for zumba, absolutely. My bestie, too.

So we rode our motorcycle then did zumba together at her house. No bodies there. Just her mom. So she told me to take it easy and enjoy our moments to did zumba together. Ahaha...

We do love for maintaining our #health. Yazz, definitely. Zumba absolutely good for our heart and body.

Even if zumba it almost same like a dance yet it seems to me that zumba focus also on health.

I personally believe that a lot of benefits of zumba for our body, such as to build our muscles, burn our metabolism, calories & fat, to make lost our weight, boost our immune system, improved our blood pressure, too, reduce our stress, make happy our soul and etcetera.

For an hour zumba, it makes me and my bestie's body full of bullets sweat. We do love zumba.

Let's be healthy and happy in our own way, ladies 💖💃🏽 !

In the evening after make some posts in some of communities, I washed my face with the glutha soap. I dried my face with facial tissue then put a little serum on my face.

I went to the dinning room afterwards drank a spoon of honey and a glass of water before hit the hay.

I had a little conversation with my lovely sisters. At that time we play with our adorable nephew also in our bedroom

I back to my bedroom, switch off the light, made a little du'a then took a rest in my bedroom with my lovely sibling.
