The drastic fall of price in the crypto space over these few mouths is very heartbreaking for most of us crypto investors especially the Hodlers. The drastic fall in price of our mother coin Bitcoin has always brought about some form of negative impact on Altcoins of which our native coin steem has also been affected over these few periods.

Steem price has kept on falling and falling over these few periods as well. I was in shock when I saw another drastic price fall of steem this evening. Bitcoin moved from 27,133.21 to 22,812.38 which is roughly a decrease of about 20 percent. At the same time steem also fell below 20%.

To be frank, it could have been worse, but the introduction of the various clubs has helped in some ways.

Powering up is one of the major ways to keep and sustain steem and the introduction of the various clubs has helped in encouraging most steemians to engage in powerups of which I’m part. This has help the steem stay alive and prevent total dumping. Thanks to the steemit team for this initiative.

For this reason, it will be great if more powerups are done to help maintain the steem ecosystem. That’s why I’m happy with the powerups I have done within these few months. It’s not that much as compared to others, or more than that of what others did, but the most important thing is collectively we are making steem strong and better💪.

This is not a bad time to buy some more steem either. It’s most likely to rise again. There will definitely be a pump in the crypto market soon and steem will rise again.

It doesn’t matter how small it may seem in terms of the quantity of steem being powerup. Let’s join hands and keep powering up, and together we can make steem strong, better and bigger for us all.
