In order to increase the engagement of members in the community and attain their activeness, leaders can organize contest weekly or daily contests for members to participate in regularly and winners should be awarded deserving rewards. In organizing the contest, if members of the community want to even do a favor by organizing a contest in the community, it should be allowed and not ignored.

As leaders of the community, you should try your maximum best to engage on members post. Engagement can be in the form of leaving a comment on his or her post. Not just any comment but a relevant comment. After leaving the comment, you can re-steem the post so that users that follow you can also interact with the post. As Members, we should also try our best to engage in each other’s post. We shouldn’t leave ‘lazy’ comments like “Nice presentation bro” we should try to provide something relevant.

Looking at the above theme, it's clear that this community really mean business. And a man or woman who give rooms for opinions and advice from other people is definitely going to have a great achievement. No one knows it all and no one can survive without the assistant of someone. Like people always say, two heads are better than one. If we can come together with our opinions, definitely, success will be our portion. The growth and development of any community does not depend only on the Admins and moderators, but it depend also on it members, friends, and lovers. Nevertheless, the admins and moderators are the driven force behind any development. As such, below are my opinions and advice to them.
