It's not bad to learn from the best but sometimes, it's better you focus on your strength than to copy others. Being your self will help bring the best out of you and as time goes on, people will begin to acknowledge you.

Growing on steem takes time and hard work. People outside think, rewards on steemit is gotten on a silver platter. Sometimes we walk miles to engage people during promo. Getting people to take pictures with you is very cumbersome. I know steemians who walk about taking pictures of anything of interest just to post and stay active but sometimes their efforts are not recognize and this makes some of them feel bad. The question will be, an I know doing it right?

• I can't answer that but what I can offer is a bit of encouragement and the hope that, someone somewhere will pounced on your work one day. We can grow little by little in our own small way without concentrating more on others or you might be discouraged.

• Delegating some of your investment is also another way of growing on steem. Sometimes, growing alone will be difficult but through delegation, your little investment can fetch you something small at the end of every week or month especially when it's done through your member community.
