Misconception of discipline

The term discipline has been misunderstood and have been mislead by so many persons, having different definitions and approach to the understanding of discipline.

"many parents have been afraid to discipline their children" and many other courses their children emotional disorder in the name of discipline, it I true and right when there say spare not the rock and spoil the child but then, it has also been proven that bitting up a child always have not been the best way to define discipline, must times children need talk, woman to woman (mother's and daughter's) and man to man (Father and son), speaking as a child "most times we feel satisfied with what ever we do, that no amount of bitting can change anything, it takes grace to reconcile this two understanding, when children feel there are not been loved by their parents , while their parents feel there are correcting their children for good,

I think parent should always learn to communicate well to their children, right from childhood, daughter's should be free to discuss with their mothers, don't make them feel so scarred of you, and that is what has brought about most of this misconception, i should be able to see my dad as my best friend, not a military officer that will just be shouting around, when his around everyone feel so so treaden,

Secondly, I should feel at home when am at home, if am not for any reason then something is wrong, father's and mothers, it is your responsibility to know and notice every change going on around your children, ranging from, friends, emotions, face appearance, diet, and other essential that follows,( because some parents are just i don care until it's bad, before them come da do Rambo). Every change that occure in your child should matter, every stage should be your consine too.

Change is constant and Parent should be aware, for eairly correction and take right measure doing so.
