THE DIARY GAME || 10/08/2022 || ATTENDING LECTURES AND WATCHING THE SUPER CUP FINAL BETWEEN REAL MADRID AND FRANKFURT

Hi guys,

Welcome to another day in my life.

Yesterday was my busy day as I had 5 lectures. Today was relatively but the lectures were not packed together. Today I had only 3 lectures so I was at liberty to sleep for longer.

As usual, I woke up around 4:40 to offer my fajr prayers. After the prayers, I went back to bed only to wake up around 10. When I woke up my roommate had bought porridge upon coming back from the gym.

I had porridge and buff loaf for breakfast. When I woke up I didn't eat immediately. I had to go to steem ghana to perform some moderator duties. After eating I started to prepare for my morning class. It was a one-hour class. I ironed my shirt.

After ironing my shirt, I took my bath. Since it was a one hour class I didn't want to go to class late and miss a quiz or attendance.We were on our way to the lecture hall when a friend texted me saying the class has been cancelled. I was a bit disappointed not because the class was cancelled but because we were almost on campus.

The first class which was cancelled was at 12 pm. When I came back to the hostel I took it as an opportunity to sit back and relax. The next class was at 3:40, immediately after asr prayers. But before that I had to take lunch.

Initially I wanted to buy beans and plantain but when we went to the food vendor the beans was still on fire and she didn’t have plantain.
So I decided to buy groundnut and powder milk so that I could take gari soakings but a friend said it would be better if we bought food at a restaurant close by.

So we went to the restaurant and ordered for waakye. He launched the waakye recently and I think it has lived up to the expectations so far.

We ordered for 4 plates at 10 cedis per place which is approximately 4 steem. We asked that they package it so that we take it back to the hostel. After having lunch I was feeling sleepy so I decided to take a little nap bearing in mind that it was almost time for my next class.

I slept for a short while and after waking up I performed my asr prayers. After the asr prayers I prepared and went for the class. This time around the class was for 2 hours which meant we will be closing around 6 pm.

After the class we were supposed to have a group meeting to discuss a few things but it seemed my group members were not ready so those who were available had to also leave.

Today I couldn’t go to the park because of the class but when I was passing by they were still playing so I stopped to watch them play.

After 6:20 they closed with the ball and I went back to the hostel and performed my magrib prayers. I was in a hurry to go and watch the match between Real Madrid and Frankfurt(super cup final). This match is played between last season’s champions league winners and last seasons Europa Cup winners.

Real Madrid as I expected won the match with a ease even though it was not pretty at times. That’s the team I support and I am glad we were able to pick another silver ware.
