The Diary Game : 28/08/2022 : Recovering From An Illness
Hi guys,
Welcome to another day in my life.
It’s been a while and I can say that I’ve missed steemit a lot. Even though I’ve not been posting, I’ve been checking out steemit and voting on some posts. I’ve also tried performing my moderator duties. Well I’ve been sick but am recovering now and I think we are good to go all though am not 100%.
Today being a Sunday meant I will definitely try to be lazy and not wake up early to perform my prayers. I was able to wake up around 9 and immediately I did that I performed my Fajr prayer. After the prayer I had to take breakfast cause I was hungry. My room mate bought porridge on his way back from the gym so I took it.
After the porridge I prepared and made my way to campus cause we had a group meeting. It’s a project work that we are supposed to finish and submit before Tuesday so we wanted to make some changes and finalise everything. We didn’t keep long and we were done.
On my way back from campus I stopped by a shop to get myself a drink. Since I am not feeling too well I have saliva forming in my mouth mostly so to help me deal with it I use drink because of the sweet taste.

From the shop I hurried back home cause I had to wash the bibs we used to play ball the other time. They have been with me for a while now so I wanted to give them to the boys so that they could use it today and then hand it over to someone else to wash. I didn’t take much time to finish washing them since they were not too many.

Dried the training kitsAfter washing them I dried them and made my way to the football Center to watch the spurs Vs Nottingham forest match. Am not a big fan of Tottenham matches but I wanted to watch it since there was not exciting match in the afternoon.

The match started at 3:30 and we were done by 5:30. There was the Barca match to watch but I decided that I wouldn’t watch it since I don’t really like Barca and I wouldn’t want to watch them win. More to the point Madrid(my team) had a match at 8 so instead of watching that one I would prefer watching the Madrid game.
At 8 I made way to the Center to watch the Madrid Vs Espanyol match. Madrid won as expected but we had to play until the 88th minute to get our winner. It wasn’t pretty but am glad we were able to win.

It is normal for you to feel Lazy some times most especially when you are not feeling well. I am glad you were able to work up around 9, and perform your prayers. I wish you speedy recovery.
