THE DIARY GAME : 15/04/2022 : THE WEEKEND IS FINALLY HERE

Ladies and gentlemen, I greet you all.

Another weekend has arrived at our doorsteps by the grace of God. And this is not like the previous ones. This is the Easter holiday weekend.

The area is less busy today and most people have arrived home trying to have a lovely time with their family here. I am quite happy that I am also spending mine with my family but I am still in fasting mode.

I didn't really go anywhere today. The reason was because when I am fasting, I don't like to spend too much time outside. This will either make me tired very quickly or I might just come across someone cooking which could make me hungry too.

STAYING INDOORS TODAY

I was mostly indoors with my sister who happens to be on a break from school. She has been away for quite some time since she goes to a boarding school as it is their school's policy to live there during their final year.

However, they allowed them to come home for the break so that they can be with their family too.

MY SISTER

We spent the day watching some movies and praying for God to open new doors in our lives and grant us His favor.

But eventually, it was time to break my fast and I went to one of the nearby food vendors. I bought some jollof rice and chicken in order to also be able to taste the Easter small.

This Easter is looking really lovely at its early stages. I hope it ends up great.
