ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
When a toxic spouse can no longer control you,
They will try to control how others see you.
The misinformation and lies will make you feel guilty and unfair.
The majority of you keep on
tolerating this behaviour for
the sake of your kids,
fear of what other people think
and fear of how do you live alone.
Your fears and self doubts are
ruining your mental, physical and emotional health.
Always remember,
Just because someone is "family"
does not mean you tolerate lies,
chaos, dramas, emotional
black mailing, manipulation &
disrespect.
Don't wait for that time when your toxic spouse would change for you and your kids.
It is your time to think and stand up for yourself for the betterment of your well being.
You have ENOUGH.
Enough is Enough.
