WHY 50/50?

Hello Greetings!!! Brothers, sisters, family and fellow steemians. #Club5050 as we all know has influenced our activities on the blockchain and the question that sometimes appear to us is, how can we make it for #club5050 calculations. Not all have enjoyed the benefit of this initiative because their withdrawals are too much that their power ups can't balance it. The question I sat down today to ask myself is , why #club5050 why 50/50 of your earnings.

It is so interesting and encouraging to always see posts that have received the #club5050 benefit and individuals who are powering up to meet their target. The steemitboard wants to share it equally so that even as a steemian grows on the blockchain, the individual can also enjoy his/her stay on the blockchain.

• Every steemian believes in growth and when you realize that you are growing at a fast rate, it encourages you to do more since growth is an essential element of life. How does this growth occur? Personally, my growing up on this very blockchain was very very slow. Every little I made on the blockchain, I made sure that I powered everything up mainly because I wasn't interested in the withdrawals but rather the growth. So the new initiative by the #steemitblog concerning the #club5050 initiative was a dream come true. My power ups had great significance. I was then lagging and slowing in growth but certainly with the initiative I have grown immensely. And even delegate some amount of steem power to the #steem-ghana community

Anything I read and view posts of others,I become so motivated because steemians are rising to Minnow and dolphins 🐬 . Their testimonies are a source of encouragement to newbies who are very interested in growing to continuously power up every little they earn.

• Personally I am a writer by passion and a teacher of English. Before steemit, I used to write lots of poems,drama, prose and articles but they all got missing because I was writing them in books. Most of these books can't be found so it tells that my works are also gone. Steemit has paved a way for me to keep my records and earn from that. So personally, I love 50/50 of everything I do here, because I want to be motivated to grow with my articles and research works.
