Greetings my fellow Ghanaian steamians. It’s my absolute pleasure to be here in this wonderful community to partake in this contest. But before I continue I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate @juzkid on his elections as one of the representatives of ghana. I don’t know you personally but from what I have seen you would do a great job. Let’s head back to the subject matter Tell Us What You Think Can Help Leadership And Give Strength And Energy To Community Business.

For a community to grow and flourish, the are certain habits the leaders( these include ; MODs, Country Rep’s and Admin’s) the members as well need to be doing. I have spent over 1 year on steemit I have seen many communities rise and fall. I believe I can list some points that will help leaders to strengthen the community business.

1 - Engaging in as many post as you can.

As leaders of the community, you should try your maximum best to engage on members post. Engagement can be in the form of leaving a comment on his or her post. Not just any comment but a relevant comment. After leaving the comment, you can re-steem the post so that users that follow you can also interact with the post. As Members, we should also try our best to engage in each other’s post. We shouldn’t leave ‘lazy’ comments like “Nice presentation bro” we should try to provide something relevant.

2 - Organizing weekly based meetings

This is something I think our leaders should consider very seriously. As a community we can come together via zoom, telegram, what’s app and many other social media platforms on weekly bases to discuss certain problems we encountered, in case you need guidance on steemit or newbies that have questions and concerns it can be solved there. I believe this will help strengthen the community.

3 - Organizing Contest for the community members

This is a serious issue in this community I think the leaders should work seriously on this. Apart from this contest, the last contest to be organized in steem ghana was on the 4th of July exactly 25dtas from now. I think this is bad, organizing contest helps keeps the members very active let’s not also forget it attracts other users to subscribe to the community and that’s how we grow into one big family.

4 - Motivating members by giving out Upvotes

Personally for me when I blog and I receive upvotes the size of it doesn’t really matter once I know that you have appreciated me for what I have done. I always want to continue blogging and I believe most of us are like that. So our leaders shouldn’t let their Sp sit idle. And should support us with the little the have it would be much appreciated.

These are only but a few points that I think will helps us grow and improve the community as a whole. I do hope these points are taken into consideration. So that we will have an amazing community. I invite @rubilu123 and @chenty to participate in this contest thank you.

Thanks bro, for you have mentioned all that is needed to be said but one thing I think should also be added is that, they should find a way to reward contestants who may have not won any price. Maybe by giving upvotes and I think this will encourage more people to participate in the contests.

Yeah thats true. I think when that’s done, even though you might not have won any Position you will not be discouraged to keep blogging. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you will submit your entry.
