Introduction

Hi everyone, here in Steem Ghana community, I'm excited to be here for the first time, steemit platform is a beautiful place of interactions, no boundaries, no matter where you are, you can interact with any community, this is one of the most beautiful attractions in steemit that has made it to stand out among all other social medias. We are all blessed to be steemians!!, Thank you, and I hope I'm welcomed, 😂.

To kick start the contest points here, I'm of the opinion that every organisation needs encouragement from both the employees and the employers, same is applicable here in steemit, both the leadership and the members need to senergised together, to having an interwoven understanding, working to compliment everyone of us in this community from the leadership to the members. This is a very important thing to do regularly.

WHAT ARE THE 5 THINGS THAT THEY SHOULD DO TO REINVIGORATE @STEEM-GHANA AND STEEMIT

*Complimenting all people together at all times.

• Giving quality votes to the participating steemians regularly.

• Holding Online lectures to members, teaching those things that will help everyone to be perfect in publishing their work regularly.

• Organizing weekly contests to steemians.

• Making calls or sending Whatsapp messages to the particular members that has not been participating since along time, to find out why their challenges are, why they have not be doing the needful. This will be a serious encouragement to them to start again.

• Encouraging steemians by voting their posts from the community account, this will make steemians to know that their community cares for their growth and wellbeing.

We streamians already know that this platform is entirely for interactions, communications at all times. We already know that steemit platform all over the world will only survive by always organizing contests.

🌹 Both the old and new leadership should organize contests weekly and monthly all around the year non stop in the community.

🌹 Increase votes and voting members regularly. Whenever anyone published posts or a post, the expectations are that the posts should atteract votes, if it has met all requirements, but when all is done and nothing was voted on it, it's demoralizing the vigour and strength of writing and writers from continues writing. So please let's be very serious to vote quality posts that has met all requirements and criteria it's very encouraging to steemians and everyone expects that.

🌹 Constant communications, In this regard, the most important thing to do here is to make sure members are duly communicating, interestingly non stop with one another. Good a thing steemitblog has allowed every member to contest and communicate about posts and posting from every where they found themselves. So the leadership should encourage communications and interactions all the time, making and posting to members for emphasis sake.

🌹 Reawakening steemians hope and creating joy in them by the leadership specifically congratulating winners of every contest.

🌹 constantly encouraging members to comment on each others posts.

🌹 Making people to know that the current rate of steem dollars in the cryptocurrency market or world will change and rise better soonest, because it's part of why many members are dropping out. We have the hope and believe that the exchange rate will rise up again.

Conclusion, with these points of mine, I strongly believe that a quick revival and togetherness with both the old leadership, new leadership and all steemian member of this community will come together, work together and win together and STEEM-GHANA will grow in leaps and bounds.
