The diary game: Saturday activities 22/05/2021

Hello steemians.
Saturday being a weekend was going to be a very busy day for me as I already know. I woke up as early as 5:00am to observe my Fajr prayers and decided to to go through my phone after the prayers. I was on my phone till it was 6am when I got up to prepare for morning training. After dressing up in my training kit, I then hit the road leading to the school field. I spent almost 10 minutes before I reached because the pitch was a bit far from my hostel. When I got there, only 3 people were present so I decided to start jogging before the rest join us. I jogged for almost 20 minutes before the rest came. We then prayed and formed 3 teams so we could be playing it in a knockout format. My team won the first to games by toss and we were scored on the third match as we were tired. We played till 9:30am before we closed.

When I got to the hostel, I was very tired so I decided to rest small before I take my bath. I was lying down when my phone rang, I quickly picked it and it was my uncle, he asked me to come to the house to come help him with something but I told him of how busy my schedule was and he said okay. After the call, I went and took my bath and took something light for my breakfast. I then decided to take a nap to release stress, I slept for about 2 hours before I woke up. When I woke up, I went to perform ablution and went to the mosque. When I got to the mosque, the Imam was not yet in so I observed a nawafil prayer before he (Imam) came in and we observed our Zuhr prayers. When we finished with the prayers, I headed back to my hostel to change into something casual to go watch a colts league match in town.

When I got to the field, the match hadn't started yet so I asked some people as to whether the match had been cancelled and they said no but the teams are still dressing, so I waited for a while and I saw the 2 teams walking towards the field. When they arrived, the referess checked their team sheet and the match commenced. The match was so intensed that the first half ended in a goalless draw. When they returned for the second halve, the home team took the lead from a spot and the visiting team equalised through a volley which I described as a puskas goal. They played all the regular time and the refree added 3 additional time, it was on the 93rd minute when the captain of the home team took a wonderful strike from a rebound to make the the scoreline 2_1. The referee closed the match after the goal and the away team couldn't believe they had lost a match on a 93rd minute but their coach encouraged them and told them that football does not always go how you want it.

Immeditely after the match, I had a call from an SHS mate saying one of our class mate had lost the mom and that they (SHS class mates) want to pay her a visit so I should join them if am free. I then asked him where to meet them and he showed me. I quickly rushed from the pitch to the main road to take a taxi. I gave the driver the location and he drove me there. When I got there,I greeted them and I started asking alot of questions but they asked me to save it for now. We now went to the girl who had lost the mother's house. When we got there, we saw alot of people and when our classmate saw us she quickly brought some chair for us and we sat outside the house. We consoled her and told her words of encouragement. Her father came out and thanked us and prayed for us and told us that, that is the Lord's wish.

After the section, @massachussets and I decided to educate some of our classmates on steemit and how it works. We taught them the basics of steem, how they can create good content and how they can promote their businesses on steem.
