Blockchain Could Liberate Africa's Economy

In a continent that constantly cries over bad economy due to the massive inflation rates caused by our government's inability to stabilize our currencies to the dollar, it surprises me a lot to see that no one is embracing blockchain yet.
Take for instance a country like Ghana that witnessed the highest inflation rate of 20% far exceeding a country like Russia which is currently witnessing multiple sanctions due to the imposed war on Ukraine. I think this is quite shameful.
In this country, we are constantly crying for jobs and yet nothing is being done about it. Frankly speaking, nothing is ever going to be done about it since all politicians come with the same agenda, to make life better for themselves.
However, what if part of a nation's coffers could be set aside to blockchain use cases. What if we could somehow create a fund program for our country men to be able to thrive in it. I am talking about the creation of a curation account that would be able to support talented individuals in the country while seeing to it that our funds are well-spent.
Some of the benefits we could enjoy are as follows;
- Rewarding exceptional talents for their work.
- Recognizing artists in our country and rewarding their creativity.
- Creating jobs for millions of people in the country.
- Solving the issue of corruption since transactions can be monitored.
- Supporting numerous charities with generated tokens.
It is high time some of our countries embraced blockchain technology and its use cases in order to help liberate the dying economies of their countries. Thanks for your time 🙏
