Hello everyone ,
Today I’ll like to share with you one of the best days of my life which was on Wednesday 30th may, 2021.
As the saying goes

”Your greatness is not what you have it’s what you give”

for all my life I’ve always had a dream of making a difference and for the first time in my life I felt like I’m a step towards my aim.
I want to start my thanking Almighty Allah for giving us life and good health and also the brain behind this good endeavor @farhmade, we the members of steem ghana based in Tamale decided make a little donation to the Orphanage here at Nyhohini, Tamale in the northern region of Ghana 🇬🇭.

As a group we had everything scheduled, we made a little contributions and decided to buy some food stuffs and soft drinks, @farhmade had already asked the prizes of the stuffs so we went to the store and bought the stuffs.

As John Bunyan said-:

“You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.”

Unlike others some people weren’t fortunate to meet their or have parents, some lost their mothers at birth and got to see their Dad for a bit and loose them too, some people we dumped on the streets by their parents and so on. So we those fortunate to have a family and parents we have to always show gratitude to the Almighty and know that there are some people out there at the orphanage/children’s home who needs some care.

In fact being an orphan is not easy, I losty father less than 2 months ago , but I’m thankful to Allah because I’m grownup and I had the chance to meet my parents, those kids at the orphanage didn’t have the chance I had , most of them didn’t know who their parents were, some were dumped on the streets , some were victims of child abuse, criminal custody and war fronts.

I’m thankful to @farhmade, @rubilu123,roma078 ,@massachusetts, @kasib07, @abu78, @silencewan,@sparta5005, @chenti, @arahman @fathiafatawu and others, without their efforts this Charity wouldn’t have been possible, May Allah richly bless you all abundantly and try to keep the good work.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank the founders, curators, admins, country reps for their support to us in the Steem.
Special thanks goes to @njaywan for introducing me to steemit.

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” _Winston Churchill

So let’s try as much as possible with the little we have to support the less privileged.

Thank you all for reading and I hope you take from this and help the needy in your various communities.
