It helps women to know when they are to deliver and the developmental stage of the pregnancy, 2. It also help in early detection of abnormalities to be corrected, 3. They are free of charge to any pregnant women(government sectors), 4. Partners can know what will be the outcome(sex/twins) of a pregnancy, 5. Educations are given out there as to how a mother should take good care of their child when delivered, 6. Mothers are also vaccinated there during their pregnancy against a particular disease(tetanus diphtheria), 7. The women health is examined every time she visits through laboratory test and scan.

Lastly, others are having challenges in accessing ANC and these includes; 1. Bad attitudes of staffs to them, 2. Poor road network (rural areas) to access it, 3. Lack of educations, 4. Partners not participating during the process(lack of motivations), 5. Inappropriate schedule of it(time), 6. Low staff motivations. Though those who are not attending it might stand a chance of having complications and infections related to pregnancy. It be will good for every pregnant women to be a customer to ANC for her to deliver a healthy baby and to have a good health as well.
