My heart lied with you
Just as dawn does the dew
From two separate worlds, I wanted our love to blossom
A love fought from just one side, it became so unwholesome
You can break my heart
But you can’t break my soul
I wish this was true
In our kind of love, one had to get hurt
The pain so unbearable like burning coal
I have never felt such pain elsewhere but from just you.
I thought your love was the oasis of my ‘God’ forsaken desert of a life
Yet you stung painfully than a bumblebee
You left me all shattered and sad
Was your love so untrue?
Was it that bad?
No, Not at all
It was just a conditional love.
How do you get inspiration for such beautiful words?

Oh I’m just grateful to God for the mind to think and put the words together.
I mostly find inspiration from life oo; my own and that of others.
I get the opportunity to talk to a lot of people because I’m a very good listener
I think that’s basically it ☺️ And yeah
I write whenever I am excited 😂.
