I'M EVER GRATEFUL FOR THE GIFT OF LIFE
Hi steemians, hope you are fine.
Disasters are bound to happen in life which is why I always thank God for every day of my life. There are people who wish to be able to walk down the streets for some fresh air but all such people do not have such a luxury. This is the reason why I count myself lucky to be blessed with such a privilege.
This year has not been so great a year especialy after the accident that I had with my moto. Afterwards, I have been moving from one medical center to another for them to check up on me.
Last time, I was told that the bone had not joined well enough so they had to do shift it in place. But that was nothing to worry about.
Now I have been told that I need to wear the bandage for some months in order for it to heal well. I just hope that I can get back to being who I was and can go about my daily activities on my own.
This is to tell us that the world as we see it is not just a place where we will get everything we want but it is somewhere that we will be tested from time to tme. Misfortunes will always befall us but it is up to us to quit or to keep on fighting.
Hardship is just a test of faith so there is no point in quitting when times are hard. But we must strive to keep pushing harder than before during such times. I know that God has a plan for me.
This is why I keep my faith in him and know that he will come through for me just as he did for those in previous times.
