We are here once again to talk about our health and matters arising involving our health in the world and we do hope out discussion would impact a dear reader positively.
Before we move on to today's discussions though, i hope you are doing great? Staying safe and having a wonderful time. Remember that the covid virus may still be lingering out there and that all protocols should be observed.
Genetics and Health
If you are not a fun of genetics and weird formulas involving traits and alleles well then this post is for you since we are not here to do any complicated stuff. We just want to have a nice discussion on where genetics stands when it comes to our health and the need for us to consider it.
Most often than not we decide to neglect the very common things we see in relation to health when we ought to take them more serious and work accordingly to either protect ourselves or have prophylactic treatment. Take for instance a case where one comes to the understanding that both parents suffered from glaucomatous ocular damage.
Or perhaps you come to learn that diabetes runs in the family, maybe it is hypertension etc. A lot of times when people learn of this they only take the information and keep it as part of their medical record and go about their lives like nothing new happened.
Not to say you should be panicking and getting worried over anything however it is important that we make an effort to learn more about such conditions when we come to realize it's genetic background in relation to us as individuals and how best we can live our lives to protect ourselves from becoming victims of these same conditions.
We have to know that you having perhaps a trait of certain conditions in your genetic makeup doesn't not guarantee you getting the condition in your lifetime. Well aside dominate alleles but as i said we are not here to have complicated talks on health we are here to learn and advise and admonish.
So the purpose of this writeup today is to admonish you and you and you to take a more critical approach towards you health in relation to your genetic and hereditary traits and make an effort to stay even more healthy and avoid the avoidable. Remember that no condition is ever a death sentence and we owe ourselves to always fight for our health.
