Control Your Impulses

We all have impulses, that thing that we are just moved to do without really thinking straight or thinking well about it. Most often than not when we come to our senses after the deed is done we tend to regret or wish we had taken our time about these kinda actions we took. We wish we could go back in time and change things but time machines haven't been invented yet so...

But there is another way we could salvage such situations, and thus control our impulses. They said the best defense is to attack, and the best treatment is to avoid or keep it at bay before it even becomes an illness. And so instead of running on impulse, acting out and doing the wrong thing and having all that emotional turmoil and regret and pain and sadness, etc., you could avoid all that.

And thus simply by controlling your impulses. It is not an easy thing, it is not something that would just come up just because you want to be able to do it, it is something that you will have to learn, something you will have to make a lot of efforts towards and it also going to be a daily something. You may not even be able to get it on the first try or even on the second but if only you won't give up then you will reach there.

Once you can control those impulses, then you would truly be that person you have always wanted to be. It is going to take a lot of self-control, reading, learning, and doing so much but when you finally can get things done and done right, you will be proud of yourself for doing that.
