Good evening steemians. I hope everyone is doing well. It has been a while I posted in this noble community. I am delighted to share with you my activities for today.

Today I woke early and prepared myself for work. I got to the work place early. I attended the safety meeting of which we discussed about " Injuries , stay alert and look where you are walking" some of the vital points we discussed are

1 . Report all accidents to your supervisor

1. Treat injuries immediately to avoid infection

3 . Get help when needed

4 . Note areas where spillage could occur and avoid these areas when plant or equipment are working

5 . Let your eyes scan above and ahead as well as down when walking in plant area or where equipment are rotating.

6 . Avoid walking backwards

After the safety meeting, I took my breakfast. I was feeling uneasy so I couldn't finish my breakfast. I had severe headache so I quickly rushed to the clinic at my workplace. I was fortunate enough to meet the doctor, I was diagnosed and prescribed drugs were given to me. I left the clinic and joined my friends in the training room. My mood was different,I am always active in anything I do but today was entirely different but I managed.

When I joined my colleagues in the training room,they have already started training, and what they discussed is how magnet helps in the generation of voltage or how magnetic flux help to induced voltage in a circuit. As usual ,the class was fascinating. All the various laws including Faraday's law of induced e.m.f and Lenz law was discussed in details. We had some experiment to ascertain some of the laws and the discussion.

At 11:45 am, I went for lunch. I ate fufu and light soup. After the lunch, I attended a department meeting which lasted for just 20 minutes. Right after the meeting, I quickly went to the mosque to observe Fridays congregational prayers. The imam advised us not to engage ourselves in spiritual activities like visiting Malams and any spiritual people. He added that , they don't have better things to offer us but rather increase our problems. I was glad to be in the mosque to imbibe this important piece of sermon. After the prayers , I didn't do anything again. I closed from work at 4:00 pm and got home at 5:20 pm.
