Binance is probably working with wallet maintenance, please have patience and set the notification on for getting updates regarding this matter.
It's been over a week. How long does it last? They don't have any announcement or anything. Why is it down?
This problem will be recovered after 10th June, So don't worry about this. Binance has suspended steem because their network is under update.
