A WRITER'S MUSE

This poem was inspired by the writer's block I suffered some years back.

The writer's block was so intense that at some point I started feeling depressed.

The reason for the depression was because I made a living from writing and anxiety started to kick in.

If one day I could no longer write, what would become of me?

Although this was a difficult moment for me, I'm glad I went through it and came out of it in one piece.

The process helped me see things differently and made me a better writer. It even inspired the beautiful poem which I'm sharing with you all.

For my fellow writers, what if one day you can no longer write, or you suffer a great writer's block like I did?
