There were not many who commented on the post, I know it is summer and holiday time or that the post was not seen by so many
What I was thinking about in my previous post was to air some thoughts and see what others thought about what I wrote about having your own SP and the opportunity to become a dolphin with 5000 Steem Power

I'm pretty sure we can make this happen, tell us a little about yourself, how many posts you have per week and what your SP is up to now and when you started with steeem
Do you have 100% power up on your posts?
I am in the person of Edmund Felix with the account name @edmund.nef on steemit. A proud steemian who joined the steemit community in March 2021. If I am right today is the first time I post to the world of the XPILAR community since I joined in March. I have not been that active because I am a final year student trying to put things together in other to complete my program which has taken most of my time.
Having said that I have been making posts in other communities probably a post per day which I think I have to channel that to the world of the Xpilar community because it has something much to offer than those communities.
YES, I have made 100% power up posts in other communities but couldn't get any upvote on it, and like I said earlier I will have to channel all these efforts to the world of the Xpilar community now that I am aware that this community is more concerned about it members compared to other communities.
At the moment I have a total of 178SP on my own but also have a delegated 100SP making it a total of 278. I feel as a steemian who has joined the community since March, my SP at now should be above 500 but have not gotten to that point yet. I believe strongly that the great initiative of the dolphin club by @Xpilar will go a long way to help me and others like me reach our target goals.

I, who joined Steemit since March 2018 have benefited and learned a lot from you and the team, including @sultan-aceh who has been able to build a house and is currently increasing awareness in building communities in Aceh. The advice to continue to do power ups and don't do power downs I hold with all my heart. I hope that someday I will be able to reach the dolphin position and even the whales.

What stops many is that they are not patient enough and put hard work into what they do. And it has to be on our special steem blochain
Many people think that just posting is getting paid.
An important thing to do is build friendships and trust over time, read other people's blogs, comment and vote.

Many people who join Steemit are more directed how to make your posts get rewarded and then cash out coins on the exchange. Indeed, many people then think to post and add income. However, this is a challenge for all of us to build Steem with an awareness base towards a bright future by doing power ups. It could be that friends who invite into steem with the lure will be able to earn money just by writing, posting photos, videos or just a quote.
maybe I'm lucky to know you so I can follow the advice to always do power ups. How I want to be a dolphin or even a whale someday so that I can contribute more to the community. And thank God I've approached it.

I have 70 posts. I have been a member of Stimit for 15 days. During this time I earned only 0.231 SP.
It is very difficult to start here. One of the reasons is that I'm new and initially thought this platform was similar to Reddit, so my first posts were borrowed.
Then I understood the principles of Steemit and I really liked the platform. I became a member of WORLD OF XPILAR and also found two more communities where I am a regular contributor.
There are a few posts for which I will still earn a little bit of SP. However, it is extremely difficult for a beginner.
Despite the fact that my voice does not matter, I give about 10 upvotes every day and will continue to do so to support other users. At least for motivation.
Someday I will have enough SP for having a bigger impact. I do not plan to output any resources and will not reduce SP for a long time. I also plan to create a community in my native language to attract users from my country. I will hold competitions there to support newcomers.
My performance is more than modest, so naturally I can't count on participating in this initiative. And I do not count. Just wanted to share my plans for Steemit. And if you don't mind, I'll stay with the WORLD OF XPILAR community.

En vista del tiempo que tengo ya debería estar en esa categoría o más, muchos han entrado después y lo han logrado. Hago publicaciones todos los días en diferentes comunidades, participa en diferentes concursos y tomo muchas fotografías. He fallado en muchos aspectos, pero desde hacen 8 meses me he mantenido. Estoy en steemit desde diciembre 2017, Mi SP está bajo de 100. Espero consejos, sugerencias y un poco de apoyo para crecer.

Hola amigo, no estoy registrada en su comunidad, sin embargo participo en algunas actividades como los concursos de la amiga @franyeligonzalez, alguna vez participe en sus concursos de fotografias, pero la calidad de los participantes era demasiado buena para una novata como yo jejeje.
Entre a steemit en 2.018 y duré pocos meses por circunstancias en mi vida, me reintegré en abril del 2.020 y desde entonces he tratado de aplicar constancia a mi trabajo aqui, hago minimo una publicación diaria, maximo dos, estoy aqui porque me gusta y porque representa un medio de sustento para mi familia.
Hace algunos meses empecé un plan de inversión de un porcentaje de mis recompensas para comprar steem con el objetivo de ahorrarlos para hacer power up cada 01 de mes, hasta ahora mi Sp va en 6.504, menos 100 delegados a steemvenezuela. Hay semanas en las que las recompensas son buenas y otras no tanto, sin embargo sigo persistiendo pues quiero estar aqui a futuro y lograr crecer. Trato de mantener mis gastos con los sbd y los steem los invierto en sp, como bien sabe la situación en Venezuela es critica y practicamente todo lo que se genra es para el sustento. Pero he ido aplicando este metodo y me ha resultado bastante bien, cambio los sbd en el mercado interno y es rentable. He visto con satisfacción que muchas personas se han motivado también a invertir algún porcentaje de sus recompensas, sin importar lo mucho o lo poco, lo importante es crear esa conciencia de invertir para fortalecer nuestra presencia en la plataforma.
Tengo un objetivo que es alcanzar los 10.000 Sp para el 01 de diciembre del presente año Dios mediante.

Idea of forming a WOX Dolphin Club seems very good to me. Although I am not eligible at this moment, but I am sure I will be joining that club one day.
I joined Steemit on 18-May-2021. My current SP is 712 and Reputation is 59.4.
I post everyday - at least two post daily.
