The competition rules are clear on what you are asking for
2, Steemit users must have more than 500 Steem power in their wallet before #spud4steem & no more than 20,000 Steem power. Delegated Steem power (in or out) does not count towards any % increase.
Effective Power 542.64 SP ( 7,740.20 + 531.62 - 7,729.19 )
In principle, you only have 11.02 SP which is your own steem power because you have delegated to others
