Ice crystals make their own art and it is beautiful
Ice crystals occur when the water vapor in the air goes directly to ice and the solid water molecules form fine patterns.
In the flower box outside I have some small solar lamps with a clear glass dome. I took some pictures of them because a beautiful pattern with ice crystals had formed.
When it gets below freezing again and humidity is high, I will try to capture a few more images of ice crystals

Nature makes so many amazing patterns, if we only take a moment to stop and look at them... really LOOK at the world around us. When I was little, I would sometimes look at snowflakes through a magnifying glass and see the beautiful patterns created by nature.
