@aplausos tells us:

The treatment that we must start is practically unfeasible to obtain in Venezuela in a donated form. Human immunoglobulin of 5g, 25g daily bone, 5 ampoules daily for 5 consecutive days, it is expensive (for us) the most economical budget has been $150 per ampoule of 5gs which incurs a daily expense of $750 for 5 days.
