How to Spot ass-kissers?

The die-hard ass-kissers, the ones that use all slime they can physically produce, are easy to spot. Most of the time they are the ones that have no real friends, but people still hang out with them. Because hey, you never know when you need that person to kiss some asses for you. It is always a good idea to have like 1 or 2 experienced ass-kissers in your network. For the obvious reason, you do not want to kiss that ass yourself.

How to recruit some valuable ass-kissers in your network?

This is already a bit of the advanced stuff, so if you can not identify an ass-kisser yet, you shouldn't read this part but go back to civilization and try to spot ass-kissing behavior. Once you feel experienced enough to spot it, you can now make your moves to bring those people in, without kissing their ass. Obviously. A social interaction here and there with that person is enough, you do not want to be seen as a friend of a well-known ass-kisser. Make subtle moves, but hide it from society as much as possible.
