Hi! When I look out of the window, I see rain clouds and grey, bare trees, a lot of mud - and certainly no flowers ;-)) You say it's a recent photo, I'm pretty sure it's stamens and pistils of a flower: so maybe something that can be admired all year round in your area...: a cactus flower?
