Necessary products:
flour - 2 tsp.
sugar - 1 tsp
eggs - 2 pcs.
raisins - 70 years
oil - 100 ml
yogurt - 1 tsp.
vanilla - 1 pc.
beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add the vanilla and yogurt and mix well again.
Sift the flour and add the baking powder and raisins to it. Stir and little by little pour the egg mixture into the dry mixture.
Add the oil and stir in the economy cake mix.
Grease a cake form, pour the mixture and bake the cake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take it out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The quick cake with 2 eggs and yogurt is ready just for the afternoon coffee.
