What I believe most in this period is that there is no feeling that lasts for a long time. Feeling sad, angry, or SAD will inevitably end. You are ready that you will remain miserable forever, that your life has stopped, and after a few hours, a day, a month, a feeling of happiness, hope, optimism and love of life returns to you.
