RE: Surgical skills club: suturing and tying knots
Hey @stef1 are you a doctor? Or are you a surgeon? I think that people who work in the health field are the most respectable people on the planet

I am a surgeon, but when we have our training we go through the medical training for first two years, then specialised in different fields. Later on for example our surgical patients can develop acute kidney injury, heart attack or stroke so that we should recognise that while patient with us and refer to speciality for their treatment.
Thank you for visiting my post :)
I'm glad to know that you do one of the most important jobs in the world
I wanted to mention you in this post, but I didn't know if you would like it. This hospital is a center of excellence in pediatric surgery in all of Italy. Children are brought to the operating room with a hospital bed that also has room for their father or mother. They are put to sleep before the operation with their parent at their side. Once the operation is over, one of the parents is called and made to lie down again in bed. The child is woken up with the parent at their side. Every aspect of this department is taken care of down to the smallest detail. https://steemit.com/hive-184714/@stefano.massari/photographs-and-arguments-pediatric-surgery-department-en-it
