I agree, many starting with enthusiasm but burn out soon. To be successful on Steemit it is a marathon and not a sprint. The other side is a good team with the same view and goal, having different people with different priorities under one hat is already programmed for loss.
Also, from any project the organisers need feedback, otherwise temptation of misusing is always there.

It is absolutely right, although this is also true in many areas of life, in Steemit this maxim is especially useful.
Agree, when we think about any project that it is something that will need consistency and work on daily basis then we reach good results too.
