WORLD XPILAR bloggers need motivation
What makes us move forward, what gives us hope for a bright future, why, when we are thanked, we feel pleasure.
Here's an example from real life. Recently, a young guy got a job in our department, such a young robber with phones in his hands. All attempts to interest him in something did not lead to success, he just sat and looked at his phone, not paying attention to anyone. Realizing that this could no longer continue, I approached him and asked him to help me write a formula for Excel.
He looked at my formula and said that everything can be done much easier and better. Then I thanked him and offered a financial reward for rewriting all the formulas. To which he gladly agreed. The next day, he himself approached me and asked me to give him an assignment.
This is what it means to motivate a person. Of course, each person needs their own approach. And each person needs to be approached individually. Comrades curators, I ask you to more actively motivate young bloggers. We really need your support.

Вот пример из реальной жизни. Недавно в наш отдел устроился молодой парень, такой молодой грабитель с телефонами в руках. Все попытки его чем-то заинтересовать не приводили к успеху, он просто сидел и смотрел в свой телефон, ни на кого не обращая внимания. Понимая, что так больше продолжаться не может, я подошел к нему и попросил помочь мне написать формулу для Excel.
Он посмотрел на мою формулу и сказал, что все можно сделать намного проще и лучше. Затем я поблагодарил его и предложил денежное вознаграждение за переписывание всех формул. На что он с радостью согласился. На следующий день он сам подошел ко мне и попросил дать ему задание.
Вот что значит мотивировать человека. Конечно, к каждому человеку нужен свой подход. И к каждому человеку нужно подходить индивидуально. Товарищи кураторы, прошу активнее мотивировать молодых блогеров. Нам очень нужна ваша поддержка.

That is true, motivation is very important tool in our life, we feel that we are needed and can give our input, that makes us feel appreciated. The life is hard and nothing is serve on a golden plate, except the one had luck to be born as a prince or rich:)

we all need to be motivated but most people are here for a quick post and to earn. They are no readers, do not like to comment and don't care about upvoting others.

In my short time here, I have noticed there is a fair bit of free riding happening. This problem is common everywhere. I think, however, it can be demoralizing for some people when they put a lot of effort into a post, but then it does not get any upvotes--or just very few upvotes.
The strength of a community such as this is that members can help each other by upvoting each others posts. I always go through my friends list and upvote their posts.
Why isn't everyone doing that?
Members, perhaps, need some easy to understand information that will encourage them to upvote others.
