I believe the anniversary will become more popularly noted as we move closer toward the new year.
My daughter just graduated from college, and she mentioned a fellow graduate who wrote a paper on Stuckism. When the young and soon-to-be influential are interested and take on a style, trends develop.
Anyway, I am sure to meet fellow painters. Very much looking forward to it:)
