Yes, the reward was declined that means the amount will be burnt out, actually if anyone declines rewards which can be set up when producing the post, then people do not need to vote. But obviously not many understand that and voted. No matter that will return to the reward pool :)
We decided that for this post we just do for no rewards following the example of Ruslan whose picture we have taken for the center of our main picture :)
