Savory-flavored soups are less appealing to me compared to sweet ones, but the one you made looks really well-prepared. Adding some green vegetables as garnish, like chopped scallions or cilantro (if you’d like), could make it even better.
Yes, this combination with sweet red beet roots make soup slightly sweet and I usually add when servevd chilli, really delicious :)
