Sunday Roast
Here we are today in Tunbridge Wells known as a sunny English inland resort.
This lovely place in Kent has certainly a romantic charm.
If you happen to be here on a Sunday head to The Warren for the classiest roast in town.
There was classical music with a live piano player in the restaurant itself which is just a five minute stroll from the train station.
Starters are exceptional and I couldn’t resist the fresh Maldon oysters at all.
The tender pork cheek on a bed of bright orange butternut squash purée made an amazing hot appetiser.
The juicy lamb cutlets, each portion consisting of two, were definitely the best choice for a main course.
The lamb was served on top of plenty of baby cauliflower cheese all right next to a giant Yorkshire pudding.
The potatoes, not as brown as an old woman behind me wanted them, nearly resembled a pyramid with the long glossy copper carrots.
A bottle of a French red wine made the meal just perfect.

Se ve exquisito todo, pero que le colocaste a las ostras ? Yo las cómo solas o con un poco de limón, siempre hay alguien inconforme en algún lugar que bueno que solo fueron las papas 🤭 yo he visto personas quejarse por todo y siempre se comen todo 🤷
