Snowstorm
Sometimes this time of the year the weather gets really bad in Iceland.
Today since the early hours there has been a yellow warning for wind which was over 100 km/h.
So on a day like this I suggest you put on your warmest Icelandic woolly jumper and just get cosy inside.
This pattern resembles Iceland as a country with an ever-changing landscape.
The colour combination itself has been inspired by the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull.
I improvised a full English with the local eggs and bacon being very delicious.
I also treated myself to a session IPA brewed just outside of Reykjavik.
I also started reading A Winter Book by Tove Jansson who created the well-known Moomins.
I have the same weather in Saskatchewan. At least you have those wonderful thermal water pools to lounge in. <3
Very well pointed out @brittilicious I paid the Blue Lagoon a visit and it was simply wonderful. I'll probably post about it sometime soon. I am seriously considering a winter holiday to Canada's East Coast to be honest. A triple centre, Toronto, maybe paying the Niagara Falls a visit, Montreal and Quebec.
If you would like some advice on an East Coast trip: I would do Halifax, Quebec City and Montreal. And do it in the Fall. October is a good month.

Iceland is far away! And winter is next to me. At the weekend, forecasters promise warm weather with a temperature of about 0 degrees, with strong winds and snowfall.
