A little caught up
I am caught up a little. A little seed on a little piece of peeling paint, in a little world made of nothing that I can see. I have no eyes but will grow feet. They will be planted firmly in the earth one day, after I grow my arms and stretch them to his son. My lease will protect the surface of my skin and give me strength and nourishment as I try to live my life the longest I can. Would man dare cut into my bones? For if he did I would bleed momentarily before collapsing to the ground. They would gather me up, Piece by piece, never to reassemble me but rather burn me till I am Ash. So I ask you, how is it I got hung up on this piece of paint? I am must wait here to fall. Wait here to be eaten by a bird or blown to a hard surface by the wind. I may never get to plant my feet firmly in the ground. I may never get to feel the sun on my arms. I may never leave the spot and I may never become anything but organic matter. But I do you know this, I am here and I am what I am.
I was walking around this house and I found this little guy hanging from some peeled paint. The actual peel paint is pretty cool looking too, has a lot of contrast to it. Here below is the original photo that I cropped and change the black-and-white.
Vibrance to the extreme!
It’s all black and white!
Hope everyone has a great day! I think I might have one!
