#Club100 - Let's tour the Ortamahalle together 🏠🌿🌊

In today's post, we will visit Ortamahalle, a neighborhood of Trabzon Akçaabat. Ortamahalle is famous for its magnificent view as well as the historical mansions in the region.

_{Location of Ortamahalle}

Ortamahalle is located in Akcaabat district, 13 km west of Trabzon. The region was established on a slope.🏔 Since this area has a very sloping surface, it does not host many vehicles. Although it is possible to reach here by car, we reached this beautiful neighborhood by walking from the center of Akçaabat during our visit.

You can watch both the city of Trabzon and the sea from Ortamahalle, as it is located at an elevated position. Ortamahalle has the characteristics of classical Turkish architecture🏛. Many locals in the neighborhood live in mansions located here. Akçaabat municipality has opened the Timurciler mansion located here for tourism purposes. Also in this area, St. Michael's Church ⛪️is also located. The church is now used as a museum.

Many mansions in Ortamahalle are used as cafes today. There are many cafes or restaurants where you can view the sea and the city from above. During our Ortamahalle tour, we had a hard time choosing one of the cafes here. Each cafe had a unique view. But in the end, we preferred Fi Cafe. Fi Cafe, which has a very cute garden, also has a wonderful view. The staff of the cafe was very interested and the food was very delicious.

In addition, there are souvenirs belonging to this place in the bazaar in this neighborhood. However, at the time of our visit, this bazaar was closed as the tourism season was not yet fully opened.

Timurciler mansion is a must-see in Ortamahalle. A classic example of the mansions in Ortamahalle is the Timurciler Mansion. You can enter the mansion, which has a cafe at the entrance, free of charge and visit the inside of the mansions.
